Yes, prices provided by mechanics include parts, labour, and GST.

Depending on the type of service you request your vehicle may need more or fewer parts, generally, a basic service is including engine oil and oil filter plus a full safety inspection. However, a major service will need more parts to be replaced, such as air filter, pollen filter, fuel filter, spark plugs depending on the make and model of your vehicle.

All services and repairs provided by Servistar Mechanics come with 12 month parts and workmanship warranty.

All payments must be done via our secure online system. The fund will remain with us in the form of a deposit, once the service is completed and you declare 100% satisfaction the fund will be transferred to the mechanic who carried out the service on your car.

This is one of the key advantages of servicing your car with Servistar, therefore, we expect all our mechanics to pick up and drop off your vehicle from your home or office.

All of our mechanics are qualified and licensed to conduct services in accordance with your manufacturer’s guidelines and they will stamp your service book to make sure your warranty stays valid. Although many people believe that in order to maintain their warranty they must go back to a car dealership for a new car log book servicing, but Australian competition and cocommission (ACCC) have clearly stated that under Australian law, you are free to have your car service done by a mechanic of your choice provided they have the qualification to do so.
